Generously sized fermentation vessel with water trap. The jar holds a full 5 liters so you can make the whole week's sauerkraut production in the same batch. The water trap allows gas to escape but no air to enter (you can test the principle yourself in the bathtub). The included silicone and glass weights ensure that all vegetables stay below the water surface. It also comes with a small recipe booklet in English.
