Substantial fermentation vessel with water trap. The jar holds a full 5 liters so you can make a week's worth of sauerkraut in one batch. The water trap allows gas to escape but no air to enter (you can test the principle in the bathtub). The accompanying silicone and glass weights ensure that all the vegetables stay below the surface of the water. It also comes with a small recipe booklet in English.
