The Mozzafiato Cronometro R from Rocket Espresso is an espresso machine constructed according to the same principles as professional machines but in a smaller format. The brewing group E61 with a mass of 4 kg ensures perfect temperature stability cup after cup. Heat exchanger system in Mozzafiato Cronometro R provides access to brewing, steam and hot water at a correct temperature simultaneously with an electric element. The temperature in the insulated pressure cooker is an electronically controlled PID that can be adjusted on a panel hidden behind the spill tray. The brewing water circulates through the brewing group and the heat exchanger in the pressure cooker, the heat source for it is hot water in the pressure cooker. Water can be taken from the built-in fresh water tank of 2.5 liters in the Mozzafiato Cronometro R or it can be connected directly to the water connection. Brewing and filling is fed by a rotary pump, which is the most common pump in professional machines. The brew pressure can be regulated with a screw on the pump accessible under the machine. The Mozzafiato Cronometro R now has an electronic temperature control unlike previous predecessors. The appearance is also significant but massive pages where the entire page is in one piece. The weight of the espresso machine therefore increases, but the appearance becomes even more uniform and stylish. Included with the Mozzafiato Cronometro R comes a single handle, a double handle, a tamper, a cleaning brush, a blind strainer, a microfiber cloth and cleaning cloth.
