Powder of dried egg whites from freezing water. Used in shakes, smoothies, cakes, omelettes, icings and marmalades. Egg white powder is free of cholesterol, has a low fat content, but a high protein content. One part powder with seven parts water corresponds to liquid white.
Use: Dosed as needed as a dry ingredient in e.g. margarine. Mix one part powder to seven parts water to correspond to liquid egg white. The powder and water are then mixed with a mixer or blender and dissolved in water at 35-40°C.
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Use within six months of opening the package.
