    • About Easy Whip Easy Whip can be used when you want to make light, fluffy mousses, meringues or foam from basically all kinds of liquids. You mix the powder into the liquid you want to use and whisk it to the desired consistency. The foam can then be dried at a low temperature to make meringue. The taste is neutral, so what you cook is not affected in terms of taste. Use Mix somewhere between 0.5% - 1% Easy Whip by weight with what you want to cook. Run it either with a whisk or in a siphon, as you would with anything else you want to get fluffy. Content: Methyl cellulose, Xanthan gum. Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
