- Dissolve the Easy Binder in cold water using a blender or hand blender.
- Mix your ingredients with the Easy Binder solution for 2-5 minutes by hand, with a spatula or blender.
- Then place the batter/mixture in molds or create shapes by hand and let them set in plastic wrap. For best results, air bubbles should be avoided, this can be prevented by vacuum packing the mold in a bag.
- Let it set at refrigerator temperature (2-5° C) for 8-24 hours. The finished product can then be sliced, frozen, fried, grilled and/or cooked.
