Welcome to an evening of dumplings, accessories and East Asian flavors and techniques! The course is held by Karin Lei, an acclaimed cookbook author and food profile who shares her joy of food and recipes on her blog Chopstick Stories. In addition to the blog, she is known from Instagram and inspires a large number of followers all over Sweden. Karin cooks all kinds of Asian food, but often focuses on Taiwanese cuisine where she has her roots. This evening will be about Chinese dumplings, which is also so close at hand that in 2022 she released the book Dumplings and other Dim Sum.
During the evening we will cook under Karin's safe guidance and on the menu are steamed pork and shrimp dumplings with ramson, dipping sauce and coir raincoat cucumber (Chinese cucumber salad). In addition, there will certainly be a lot of tips on how to succeed with Chinese food.
The evening will be rounded off with a shared meal of what we have prepared together and a glass of bubbly or tea.
If you are unable to attend the course, you need to cancel no later than one week before the course. Thereafter, tickets cannot be bought back. Participation in the course can, however, be transferred to another person.

The food we cook will include meat, fish, wheat flour. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to customize the menu.
