Professional and easy-to-use drying cabinet (also known as a drying oven) from Excalibur with 9 stainless steel trays measuring 38 x 38 cm, providing a total drying area of 1.39 m2.
The casing is also made of stainless steel, making the drying cabinet extra durable.
Instead of drying from below, which gives an uneven drying effect, Excalibur has its large (fan Ø is 18 cm) unit at the back, which gives an even drying on all levels. (Turbo Charge Parallexx Drying System)
Removable clear polycarbonate door and pull-out trays make it easy to check the drying process without having to disassemble the appliance.
By using only a few trays, larger (taller) products can be dried.
Adjustable thermostat (40-75˚C) controls the temperature and a powerful fan pushes the air horizontally over each tray.
Excalibur's fan and drying system works great with drying temperatures as low as 40° C. This preserves all the enzymes and nutrients that many raw-food experts say are destroyed in other drying systems that often need more than 48° C to achieve an acceptable result.
