With the Dry Age Bag, you can easily make capicola, bresaola, parma ham, pancetta and all without any mess, no odors, but easily and smoothly inside the bag.
Your result will be delicious charcuterie that will impress your friends and family, perfect for appetizers and snacks.
The membranes that you put in the bags release the moisture from the meat but do not absorb anything from the outside. No odors are created during the process. It is advantageous to place the bag with the meat on a grid in the refrigerator.
Package contains:
- 3 Umai Drybags 25x26 cm, suitable for about 1.5-2.3 kg of meat.
- 2 20x43 cm, suitable for about 1.5-3 kg of meat.
- 5 membranes or strips that you seal into the bag with your vacuum machine.
- 1 bag of Instacure, which you add to each bag. Instacure is a mixture of sodium chloride and sodium nitrite. The bag is enough for about 13.5 kg of meat.
- 1 bag of juniper berries.
