      nCrisp Film Powder is a white powder that creates a flexible film without soaking or cooking. It is made from modified high amylose corn starch. What you apply it to thickens and gets a crispy outer layer at room temperature. It is tasteless and dries quickly. Great to use on, for example, fried foods to retain the crispness - or for cannelloni and cakes for extra crunch. n
      Use:
      nConsider dosing 2.5% powder by weight. Add gradually while stirring. Then allow it to solidify at room temperature. n
