    • Crêpe pan in carbon steel, which over time acquires natural non-stick properties - Pan in extra thick 1.2 to 3 mm carbon steel. Steel handle with steel rivets. Excellent heat conduction properties. Withstands high temperatures and metal utensils. Lighter than cast iron. Made in France. Prior to use
      - The frying pan has a layer of beeswax to protect it from rust. Remove this layer with very hot water before using the pan. If necessary, wipe it off with paper towels. Then cover the bottom of the pan with a neutral oil and heat on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Pour off the oil when it cools down and wipe off the excess oil with paper towels. Repeat the process again so that the pan has a protective layer. Daily cleaning
      - Clean with hot water after use and then wipe the pan with paper towels. Pour some oil into the frying pan and wipe it with paper towels. Store the pan in a dry place. Not suitable for soaking or machine washing.
