This is the latest addition to the Cordials series.
Here we’ve paired juicy, ripe strawberries with green shiso – from the mint family. The shiso gives the strawberries a fresh kick of basil and herbal mint. To the recipe, we add freshly crushed coriander seeds, which contribute a pleasant citrusy and rosy note. Yes, you simply have to try it. Extend the summer effortlessly with this in your bar cabinet.
Drink Recipe:
Strawberry & Bubbles
25 ml Gotlands Ginfabrik Dry Gin
25 ml Spriteriet's Rosé Vermouth
35 ml Cordial Strawberry & Shiso
10 ml Acid – Acidity-adjusted Swedish apple
10 ml Simple Syrup 1:1
30 ml Water
Carbonate all ingredients in a Twist & Sparkle (or other carbonation device). Psst! Measure for 6-7 drinks at a time and make sure all ingredients are cold for the best result. Let the bubbles settle for a few minutes, ideally in the fridge. Serve in a Highball glass with an ice spear (or ice cubes). Garnish with a small flower or similar decoration.

Non-Alcoholic:
The cordial pairs excellently with premium tonic or stirred ice-cold over a large ice cube. Or simply serve it over crushed ice with soda water and a splash of acid/citrus for a tasty alcohol-free drink.
One bottle is enough for about 10 servings.
