Our and the entire wine world's favorite Coravin is now releasing a limited edition of Model six before the end of the year. Coravin äs a favorite product of ours in strong competition. It makes it easy to pour a glass of wine without having to open the bottle. Place the module on the bottle neck and run the needle down through the cork. Press the button that creates pressure in the bottle, and wine comes out of the nozzle. When you then pull the key up again, the (natural) cork closes. If you are drinking wines from the New World and are looking for more screw caps, don't feel bad, just keep reading!
Coravin is loaded with gas cartridges consisting of 99.99% pure argon. It is a partial gas whose atoms absolutely do not want to mix with others and therefore makes the wine unaffected. In the few seconds it takes for the cork to close, no oxygen can find its way into the bottle because argon is heavier than oxygen. Let's say you have a bottle on the shelf that you want to see if it's ready to drink now but is unsafe. Then it's easy to try it with the help of Coravin. Let's say there are two of you in the same company and one wants a glass of Château Cheval Blanc 1947 and the other is more interested in a Cabernet Sauvignon from Foot of Africa. With the help of Coravin, you can offer a glass of each favorite without having to worry about which bottle to open!
Model Six from Coravin äis one of the new series of förbättrade series with the first genuine and förbättrade fätle from previous generations - more stylish and smooth äthan ever before. The Coravin Timeless 6 + Holiday Limited Edition 2023 also comes in a somewhat diffuse but certainly very trendy shade, like some kind of gray. Included in the package are three canisters of gas, a case, six screw caps and an aerator. The aerator works like a shower head and immediately aerates your sealed wine. Now you won't be in the position of having to quickly aerate a bottle of Barolo at such short notice as four hours, now you can instantly bring a glass from any region or producer to life. You can quickly unscrew the original cork and replace it with the Coravin screw cap. This means that the wine will not be completely protected from oxygen, but that it will last considerably longer than without a cork or even with a vacuum pump.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel and has a non-stick coating to easily slide through the cap. It wears out over time and can then be replaced with a new key that comes in different designs.
The cartridges are designed for 15 glasses of 15 cl, but this requires a full-fledged technology that comes with a warranty. A 15 cl glass takes 25 - 29 seconds to pour through a standard needle.
