Kaja Hengstenberg runs Krümel - Cookies & Crumbs, a small shop on Valhallavägen in Stockholm. Her goal is to use different techniques, textures and flavor combinations to make the most delicious cookies you can imagine. What is special about the cookies is that they are a bit bigger, taller, and most importantly, they are soft in the center and slightly crunchy on the outside.
The book contains about 30 recipes such as chunky milk chocolate chip cookie, matcha cookie, strawberry & hibiscus cookie and lemon cookie with pistachio. Some of the recipes are also vegan and gluten-free. If you follow Kaja's tips, pay attention to the recipes and use good ingredients, you can't go wrong!
