For those who really take pizza baking seriously and are not satisfied with the simple, we have put together a starter package with Alfa Forni's fantastic Brio pizza oven. It is an oven where you can choose whether you want to fire with gas or wood and which holds 2-3 pizzas at a time. In the package, we have included a workbench for the outdoor kitchen, a cover and a large accessory kit containing pizza pads, a wood rake, brushes, a thermometer, a fermentation tray and much, much more. To get started immediately upon delivery, we of course send pizza flour and tomatoes and a diamond scale to weigh the minimal amount of yeast needed.
Alfa Forn's Brio model is a hybrid that can be fired with gas or wood and is also more spacious than the simpler models. The oven can hold 2-3 kg of bread or 2-3 pizzas at a time, and once you have everything in order, you will be able to bake the pizzas in 90 seconds Neapolitan style. Because it's so fast, this oven is suitable for up to 20 people, according to Alfa themselves, unless everyone has to eat at exactly the same second. Brio reaches a maximum temperature of 500° and you can keep an eye on the temperature at all times thanks to the built-in thermometer. Delivered ready to use as soon as on gas or wood. In our package, we combine it with the workbench so it is at a good height and you have room to knead the dough next to it in peace.
