In the oven, the heat is fully insulated so nothing escapes. This results in an extremely fast grilling time, with fantastic results. The taste and aroma of the raw material also remains.
No installations, connections or complicated technology. Just light and grill. A single bed of charcoal is sufficient for grilling for at least six hours.
