Sturdy cast iron grill pan from Staub.
The pan is ribbed and coated with a durable, matte black enamel on the inside and a durable enamel on the outside. The cast iron provides a very even heat distribution over the entire surface. The handle is foldable and removable, so the pan can be used both on the stove and in the oven without any problems. In the oven, it can withstand temperatures of up to 260 degrees (the handle must be removed first).
