Top quality stainless steel saucepan with lid from Belgian Demeyere. Sandwich bottom made of 7 layers of stainless steel and aluminum, which provides excellent frying and heating properties. Developed to retain as much heat as possible in the bottom, thus improving cooking and speeding up the heating process.
Treated with Demeyere's unique Silvinox treatment and TriplInduc bottom which remains flat and leads to 30% higher efficiency on induction stoves. The stainless steel lid seals well at the edges of the pot and ensures that the steam remains in the pot so that the water condenses inside the pot. This is especially important when cooking with little water.
Works on all types of stoves, including induction.
