Pallarès knives are made today by the third generation of the Pallarès family. The company started in 1917 in Solsona, Spain, which was then a village with a strong tradition of knife making. Today, Pallarès are the only remaining knife makers in the community and they carry on the legacy with great honor.
The butcher knife has a carbon steel blade and a boxwood handle. Carbon steel requires a little more love, but can make life in the kitchen so much more fun. Just make sure to keep the knife clean and dry and you'll have a lot of fun with this fantastic craft knife!
