Thermometer specifically designed to take the temperature of your burgers consistently, every burger. The Burger Probe has an insertion sensor of either 6 or 12 mm under a small disk that stops the needle from going deeper. Right for those who take their burgers seriously and want to be able to easily get the right temperature and consistently serve great burgers. Type K
The stainless steel part is 160 mm and the angle is 45 degrees. nPrecision±0.5°C - 0°C to 100°C nMeasuring range -75 to 250°C.
