A spicy sauce made from a mix of jalapeño and habanero peppers, real butter and lots of vinegar. The butter creates the creaminess and enhances the flavor while the vinegar adds a sharpness. To this is added chili that has been aged for at least two months, making the flavor complex and delicate.
