Burner and nozzle - used as a handheld salamander.
Heats up to full capacity in approx. 6 seconds (1982°C), perfect if you want a beautiful sear on meat, grill fish and vegetables, finish gratins and much more.
The nozzle makes the heat more indirect and minimises the risk of burning the food, but it can also be used without the nozzle for more direct heat.
Works with MAPP gas, US fitting (not included).
