Alfa Forni's Brio model is a gas owen and is more spacious than the simpler models. The oven can hold 2-3 kg of bread or 2-3 pizzas at a time, and once you've got everything in order, you can bake the pizzas in 90 seconds Neapolitan style. Because it's so fast, this oven is suitable for up to 20 people, according to Alfa themselves, unless everyone has to eat at exactly the same second. Brio reaches a maximum temperature of 500° and you can keep an eye on the temperature at all times thanks to the built-in thermometer.
