100% natural charcoal with no binders, compressed into evenly sized briquettes. This charcoal is really good and our preferred choice for Konro grills and other tabletop grills.
This charcoal has very little smoke and an extremely long burn time. Just give it some time and patience to get going or use a lighter block or a Looft lighter. The flavor is clean, the temperature high and the burn time long. The evenness of the chunk size makes it easy to dose the right amount of charcoal every time.
This charcoal is a favorite of many of our restaurant customers, including the very best!
