This balsamic vinegar is made from exclusively Italian organic grape must and organic vinegar from farms with a focus on sustainability. Contains no dyes and no boring stuff. A perfect harmonization between the acidity of the vinegar and the predominant sweetness of the must makes it perfectly balanced with a medium density.
A lovely condiment that combines well with cooked and raw salads and vegetables but also especially with cooked dishes such as meat dishes. It has an intense aroma, a round but at the same time sharp taste and a mildly sweet tone. Aged in oak casks for 10 years.
