Against all odds, Anthony Bourdain's only proper cookbook is about what he cooked at home for his daughter. In some ways it's his most personal book, and considerably warmer in tone than Kitchen Confidential, which probably explains why it gets talked about less. The cover was done by Ralph Steadman, which alone earns it shelf space.
