Alfa Forn's model 4 Pizze is a substantial wood-fired pizza oven for home use. Perfect for a slightly larger family or if you have a lot of guests over. The oven can hold 4 kg of bread or 4 pizzas at a time, and once you have organized everything, you will be able to bake the pizzas in 90 seconds in the Neapolitan style. Because of the speed, this oven is suitable for up to 20 people, according to Alfa themselves, unless everyone has to eat at exactly the same time. 4 Pizze reaches a maximum temperature of 500° and you can keep an eye on the temperature at all times thanks to the built-in thermometer. Comes ready to use as soon as it's fired up. If you don't already have a suitable place to place it, there is a base stand or a sturdy workbench to complement it. Other accessories include overlay covers and pizza pads.
