Filter holder

The filter holder is the very foundation of pour over coffee. It is with the filter holder that you decide which method you want to use and how you want your coffee to taste. With us, you will find filter holders for the most popular brands - Hario V60, Kalitta Wave and Chemex (the jug itself may fit into the term filter holder). Chemex's paper filter is much coarser than the others, which means that it retains more of the coffee's oils. The taste from a Chemex is therefore often a bit cleaner and lighter. With the V60 you get a nice acidity and floweriness and a while with Waven's three small holes you generally get a longer brewing time and a sweeter coffee. We hand brew coffee using different methods depending on the coffee's origin and degree of roasting to bring out the best from each bean.
