Tajinegryta in cast iron of the highest quality from Staub. The pot is both inside and outside coated with a matte black enamel that provides very good non-stick function and also prevents the pan from rusting or getting discolored.
The top, or lid if you like, is made of ceramic.
The pot can be used in oven heat up to 260 degrees and on all types of heat sources, including induction.
Can be washed in the machine, but as some dishwasher detergents contain corrosive substances, hand washing is recommended. Comes with a lifetime guarantee for any defects in materials or workmanship.
