The round Gourmet steels are specially developed with charcoal grills in mind, whether you have a wonderful kamado grill or a regular charcoal grill, the Gourmet steel gives you one of the best frying tables on the market. Gourmet steel is made of hot-rolled steel from Kiruna that is cut and finished in Västerbotten. Gourmet steel is entirely a Swedish northern product. The round Gourmet steel is available in different models with a diameter of either 39 cm or 49 cm, both of which are 6 mm thick. The 39 cm model is recommended for grills that are 42 cm or larger in diameter while the 49 cm model is recommended for grills that are over 57 cm in diameter. The 39 cm round Gourmet Steel model can also be used in regular home ovens for those who want to make fantastic pizzas and bread. The 39cm is without handles while the 49cm has handles on both sides.
