NF13SET is Naoto Fukasawa’s Eugenia collection for Alessi in gift format: the NF13 corkscrew, the NF11 champagne stopper with expanding seal and the NF12 wine stopper with conical silicone insert, all sharing the collection’s ten-sided geometry that provides a soft yet distinctive grip. Fukasawa is one of Japan’s most respected names in design, known for absolute simplicity and quiet harmony, and recipient of the 2018 Isamu Noguchi Award.
The three objects share the same design language but each has its own role. The corkscrew transforms from a sculptural block into a firm hand grip with a concealed foil cutter and bottle opener. The champagne stopper has a rotating head that ensures a precise seal, with laser-engraved markings for open and closed positions. The wine stopper fits tightly against the neck of the bottle and protects against oxidation. Alessi has been producing wine accessories since 1921.
All three tools are also available separately in the Eugenia collection. But together in the presentation box, they answer the question of what to give someone who already has everything.
