Vegetable slicer - Bron-Coucke Le Gourmet - shreds vegetables such as radishes, zucchini, beets and carrots. Can also be used to spiralize apples and potatoes. The raw-food tool above all others.
Comes with three different blades - 1 mm, 2mm and 4 mm - for varying the size of the "spaghetti" but can be adjusted to cut all possible dimensions. The vegetable turner - Bron-Coucke Le Gourmet - can also be operated with an electric motor (sold separately) or a standard screwdriver.
Supplied with an instructional DVD.
