Powerful and resourceful vacuum sealer from Magic Vac. The Maxima 2 is the perfect vacuum sealer for those looking for a powerful solution to vacuum pack various foods, whether for sous vide cooking or to increase the life of your food in the fridge and freezer. It has the capacity to cover the needs of a small professional business or for those who, for example, hunt and periodically have a very high load on their vacuum sealer.
Maxima 2 is perfect for those who use their vacuum sealer often or very often for periods and can withstand intensive use.
Maxima 2 has many different features, such as an automatic program that sucks the air out of your bag and seals it when it considers itself ready. This program automatically adjusts its vacuum pressure to the contents of the bag. You can manually seal the bag at any time during the cycle. Of course, you can also pulse control the vacuum pump to manually adjust how much air you want to get out of the bag, for example if you have marinade in there. Speaking of marinade, there is a marinade program compatible with Magic Vac's glass jars.
On the Maxima 2, you can choose between three sealing modes, a simple or a heavier seal that is extra safe for foods that have a looser consistency, as well as a third extra heavy-duty seal. The unit also features a technology called Actiseal 3D, which automatically adjusts the seal according to the conditions of the automatic program.
You can also set the speed of the pump if you want to be extra careful when packaging liquids. During the cycle, you can also press cancel to cancel the whole thing. Should you, despite all the smart aids, drip and get liquid in the spill tray, you can easily pick it out and wash by hand or in a machine, instead of standing there with a paper roll and dishcloths and succeeding like that, as on other machines.
In the lids there is a holder for vacuum bags on a roll with a practical cutter that makes it easy and convenient to adjust the amount of bag to your needs. The holder is fitted with a protective cover to minimize the risk of getting a mess on the bag lying there when you stand and pack bag after bag and lose a little focus. The machine also has a window so you can see that the bag is in the right place and that the welding is taking place in the right place.
The Maxima 2 comes with a hose and adapter to connect to Magic Vac's glass boxes with vacuum lids. You can thus easily vacuum pack food boxes for a longer shelf life in the freezer or refrigerator, or for that matter marinate with the aforementioned program.
The machine can handle all sizes of bags or rolls up to 30 cm wide.
