Dinamika from MagicVac is an easy-to-use vacuum packer with a built-in roller. The machine can either operate fully automatically or with manual precision. The pulse function provides precise control of the amount of air being extracted.
Dinamika has an adjustable pump speed and sealing can be started manually when the desired amount of air is extracted. When sealing starts, the pump stops suctioning, thus avoiding liquid entering the machine. This flexibility makes Dinamik a very good option for sous-vide cooking. The machine works with most bags and rolls on the market and the maximum bag width is 30 cm.
Dinamika also has outlets for packaging in jars and bottles. This requires a separate handle and packaging adapted for vacuum packaging.
The machine has an extra wide seal of 2.5 mm.
The pump speed is 12 liters/minute and the maximum vacuum is 0.8 bar.
Dinamika has a 3 year warranty.
