The containers in Zwilling's Fresh & Save range are made of borosilicate glass with a lid that has a valve. With a Fresh & Save pump you draw out the air, and an indicator in the lid shows when the container is under vacuum. Through the glass you can see straight away what's inside, and the same container is fridge, freezer and microwave safe, and oven safe up to 180 °C without the lid. The containers stack, and via a QR code on the lid they can be linked to Zwilling's app if you want to keep track of what's where and since when.
Available in four sizes: S holds 0.35 litres, M 0.9 litres and L 2 litres. The fridge box is lower and wider, 24 x 18 x 10 cm, and holds 2 litres. Dishwasher safe.
