The bowls are made of borosilicate glass and are oven safe up to 180 °C without the lid, as well as microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe. The lid has a valve, so you can draw out the air with a Fresh & Save pump, turning the bowl into a vacuum-sealed storage container in the fridge. The bowls stack with lids on, and the same lid also fits Staub's ceramic bowls without handles.
Available as S at 12 cm holding 0.35 litres, M holding 1.75 litres and L at 24 cm holding 4 litres. All three also come as a set with a lid for each bowl. Pump sold separately.
