New! Anova's own sous-vide bags. The bags are of course completely harmless to health and are, among other things, BPA-free. They are also thoroughly tested to cope with all types of sous vide cooking. What is the difference to other bags? Anova's bags are 100% "plastic-neutral" - for every package sold, the plastic equivalent of 32 bottles is prevented from ending up in the sea. Anova does this together with Plastic Bank®. In other words - you pay a little extra to be able to use plastic with a clear conscience! The bags are tested at 65°C for 72 hours, 80°C for 30 hours and 100°C for 4 hours. The bags can be frozen down to -26°C for at least 90 days.
