Tips & Tricks:
- If you're cold brewing your own coffee, use very dark coffee beans for an enhanced flavor experience
- Grind the coffee beans for the best effect
- When cold brewing your coffee, let it brew for about 20-24 hours
- When the coffee is ready and you're about to add nitrous oxide (2O), make sure the indicator on the "smart cap" is turned all the way to the top of the "Infuse" position, i.e.. all the way up
- When you add water to cold brew coffee and turn the nitrous oxide (2O) cartridge via the "smart cap", it is important that you really get the nitrous oxide to mix with the coffee. This is most easily done by shaking the uKeg quite vigorously for about 1.5 to 2 minutes. It should be shaken so much that you can feel how the gas binds with the coffee and forms a full-bodied liquid, i.e. after 1.5 minutes, the contents of the uKeg will feel more solid.
