Fill the bottle with your drink, insert a carbonation capsule, screw on the rod and wait two minutes. It works for cold drinks such as water, juice, tea, wine (at your own risk) and cocktails, but not for hot or thick liquids.
The Ivory White starter set includes the carbonation rod and a bottle of 0.95 litres in PET plastic with a silicone sleeve. The carbonation effect is stronger the colder the drink is. iSi recommends a temperature of 6 degrees for best results. Capsules are 100 percent recyclable. Hand wash only.
