Cutting board made of hard-pressed wood fiber, from FSC-certified material.
The board is gentle on the knife and, unlike plastic cutting boards, there are no notches in the surface, nor can it crack, as ordinary wooden cutting boards can do. As the surface is free of pores, there are no hiding places for bacteria to grow. The board has channels for draining meat juices, for example. Can withstand temperatures up to 175 degrees, machine washable. Color: Graphite
