Tower from Crem is one of the world's best-selling coffee makers. A real monster brewer that runs everything down in double serving stations instead of hot plates and can handle the pressure at events, food trucks, large cafes or environments with a lot going on.
The serving stations hold 5 L each and the brewing time is seven minutes (so you can brew ten liters in seven minutes). The station retains heat for a long time (loses 1°C per hour) whether it is in the brewer or on the table and has a convenient tap with a spill tray. In addition, the serving station has a handle for easy lifting to its location. In addition to the brewing device, the machine is equipped with a hot water outlet. Two serving stations are included in the package. The Tower has automatic water filling, digital display, full and half brew function and a signal when brewing is complete.
The automatic water connection keeps the machine going and the capacity is about 350 cups per hour. The hot water outlet has virtually unlimited capacity. The Tower is approved and meets ECBC standards in both brewing and heat retention. Size of the threads for the water connection is 1/2" R.
