Professional-grade tomato cutter used like a guillotine to push through and slice tomatoes at a rapid pace. The blades are lightly serrated to effectively cut through the fruit without crushing it. The horizontal slicing action ensures that the fruit juice stays where it should. The feet have a light suction function to ensure stability on the workbench. It is also safe to use as all fingers are well protected from the blades during use. The slicer cuts ten 5.5mm thick slices and will reduce the time you spend preparing caprese by up to 95%. Can handle tomatoes up to 90mm diameter and 60mm high. Made of stainless steel and easily cleaned. Hand washable. This item is not normally stocked by us but is brought home on order.
