Thermapen ONE is the latest kitchen thermometer from ETI. It is fast (only 1 second response time), reliable and very easy to use. The thermometer has a patented 360° rotation display for the possibility of use in any position, and in any hand. The LCD display is also illuminated with a sensor that detects when it needs to be activated or not, for example on dark evenings at the barbecue or in poor lighting indoors. The thermometer also detects when it is not in use and then switches itself off so as not to waste the battery. It switches off automatically when you put the needle back in its 'housing'. The shell is waterproof for easy cleaning and is made of ABS plastic that has been treated with "biomaster" to reduce bacterial growth. A thermometer that is suitable for everything from grilling to baking and making jam.
