The Chef's Press is a ventilated steak weight available in four different weight classes (one round). Chef Bruce Hill in San Francisco found after many years at the stove that traditional steak weights overloaded the food too much and that the steam from the food remained, resulting in a poorer outcome. With The Chef's Press, you can also regulate the weight by stacking one or more steak weights on top of each other.
