Tajin is a classic Mexican spice that offers saltiness, acidity and heat. Made from a wonderful blend of chilli, lime and sea salt - Tajin is the icing on the cake of Mexican cooking and incredibly versatile. Sprinkle it over roasted vegetables, tacos, in your next guacamole or whatever crunchy vegetables you use to garnish your Mexican dishes.
The spice is sometimes called "Mexican MSG" and is used for deeper flavour in food. Also works great as a rim for spicy margaritas!
