A pasta machine without a table clamp wanders a little further across the worktop with every turn of the crank, until it eventually ends up on the floor. The clamp is the small detail that keeps the machine still against the worktop while you crank, and it's easy to lose in a house move or at the bottom of a drawer.
This is an aluminium clamp from Marcato, intended for anyone who has lost the original for their pasta machine. It clamps onto worktops up to 8.2 cm thick and fits machines with a 12 mm locking pin.
