Stir-Fry Spatula in Polished Bamboo, 35 cm - Joyce Chen

This spatula has an angled blade designed to work efficiently in wok vessels, with a geometry that makes it easy to stir, turn and lift food along the bottom and sides without missing surfaces. Burned bamboo does not scratch seasoned or coated surfaces and does not conduct heat into the handle. Works equally well as a serving spatula straight from the pan to the plate. Hand washing recommended. Length: 35.5 cm.
