Stainless steel comb made to create elegant feather-shaped chocolate decorations. Dip in tempered chocolate and dab feathers on a plastic sheet to make elegant pastries even more elegant, or make a chocolate badminton ball. Made from stainless steel, it makes eight springs of 6cm each. Designed by chocolate master Frank Haasnoot even though the Martellato catalog says "Frank has not designed it".
