Dip in tempered chocolate and dab leaves on a plastic sheet to make elegant pastries even more elegant, or make a chocolate rhododendron bush. Made from stainless steel, it makes eight 6cm leaves in a row. Designed by chocolate master Frank Haasnoot even though the Martellato catalog says "Frank has not designed it".
