Steamer Insert, 26 cm - Staub

With this insert, your pot becomes two kitchens in one. Down below, a stew or stock simmers away, and on top, vegetables, fish or dumplings steam in the heat that's rising anyway. Put the pot's lid on and both levels look after themselves.

The insert is made of 18/10 stainless steel and has a silicone ring around the rim that seals against the pot, so the steam stays where it's useful. It fits Staub's 26 cm round cocotte and holds 4.4 litres. Height 10 cm. Dishwasher safe. Pot and lid not included.
