Steak Master is Hardcore Carnivore's blend for beef: coarsely ground black pepper, garlic, smoked paprika and Worcestershire powder in a recipe that aims for steakhouse character rather than grill spice. The coarse grind is not random. Coarser particles stay on the surface during cooking and help build up a proper crust when the meat meets the heat, rather than dissolving and disappearing into the meat juices. The Worcestershire powder adds umami depth that brings out the meat's natural saltiness without taking over.
